2 arrested, charged with aggravated DUI after going over 100 mph on I-93, state police say
Two Massachusetts men were arrested and charged with aggravated DUI after allegedly being clocked going over 100 miles per hour on Interstate 93 in Concord and Bow. New Hampshire State Police said that around 3:20 a.m. on Sunday, a trooper was monitoring traffic on I-93 in Bow and clocked the vehicle going 120 miles per hour.The driver was identified as Jacob Hulsoor, 25, of Dorchester, Massachusetts. He was arrested and charged with aggravated driving under the influence. He was bailed and released on his own personal recognizance and will appear in court at a later date, state police said.Earlier in the trooper’s shift, he stopped a vehicle after being clocked going 100 miles per hour on I-93 in Concord. The driver was identified as Lionel Desilva, 47, of Merrimac, Massachusetts.Desilva was arrested and charged with aggravated driving under the influence. He was bailed and released on his own personal recognizance and will appear in court at a later date, state police said.
